Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Eligible items
We accept returns for unused, unworn, unwashed items in original condition. Items should be returned with original packaging and proof of purchase when available.
Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us as soon as possible at trilhoapparel@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can review the situation.
Change-of-mind returns
We accept eligible returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind within the 30-day return window, as long as the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to start a return
Email trilhoapparel@gmail.com with your order number, the email address used at checkout, the item you want to return, and the reason for the return. Please contact us before mailing any item back.
Return shipping cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless we confirm an error with your order.
Restocking fee
We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We aim to process approved refunds within 5 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.
