Thank you for shopping with Trilhoapparel. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long processing takes, estimated delivery timing, shipping cost, and import responsibility.

Where we ship

We currently ship orders to customers in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24-48 hours after order confirmation, excluding delays caused by payment review, address issues, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery is 6-10 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier activity, location, weather, holidays, or other logistics delays.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is $6 USD for U.S. orders.

Tracking

When your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email or SMS if those details were provided at checkout. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

Import duties and taxes

If any import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, or similar charges apply, the customer is responsible for paying them. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping cost unless clearly stated at checkout.

Incorrect addresses
